Appointments
We ask that you schedule your appointments at a time when you are certain you can keep it, out of courtesy to other patients needing to be seen. Saturday appointments and peak season are available by prepayment reservation and only after an exam/consultation are performed during regular hours.
Insurance and Billing
We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We accept assignment of benefits of most insurance carriers, but kindly remind you all payments are ultimately your responsibility. All co pays are expected at time of service. Long-term financing without interest is available with approved credit. We offer a 5% courtesy discount for payment in full by cash or check prior to your appointment.

- Neck pillows with memory foam, heated neck pillows.
- Sedation for fearful patients with years of neglect, choice of oral sedation of IV sedation.
- Kids playroom with television with selection of toys and games.
Facilities and Equipment
- Handicap accessible bathroom with diaper changing station
- Cerec OneVisit Crowns - certain cases we are able to create crowns in one visit
- Digital x-rays (radio graphs) are very low radiation allowing an immediate image to be produced and enlarged size of monitor allowing detection problems while small
- Intraoral photography allows us to detect problems with magnification which can normally not be seen with x-rays or normal visual inspection. It allows you as a patient to see what we see
- Diagnodent laser cavity detector allows us to detect cavities while small to decrease chances of pulpal trauma, resulting in preservation of tooth structure.
- Television monitors in treatment rooms - watch the latest news or enjoy your favorite show. Kids love watching their favorite cartoons while treatment is performed
- Vibraject wand - we use a strong topic anesthetic to numb the tissue followed by the latest technology to make injections comfortable.
